42,000 square feet – new office building, bank headquarters, data center

This locally founded bank sought to combine its newest branch office with its central headquarters and data center.  SvS directed the architectural presence to the street while relegating parking and drive-through functions to the side and rear.  This urban design approach supported the County’s goal for a well-defined thoroughfare helping to establish that precedent along the entrance corridor.
